🕒 1. Return Terms

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return of your items.
Products must be:

  • intact

  • unused and unwashed

  • with original labels

  • in their original packaging

Simple and fast, just the way we like it.


📩 2. How to Request a Return

You can start the return:

Just provide us with:

  • order number

  • item to be returned

  • reason for the return (optional but helpful)

After approval, you will receive an email with all instructions.


📦 3. Return Shipping

The return is at the customer's expense.
You can choose:

✔ You can ship with a courier of your choice

 


💳 4. Refunds & Gift Vouchers

Upon receiving the return, we inspect the item and:

🎁 We always first offer a voucher equal to the value of the returned product

The voucher can be used online or in store, has no additional costs, and is the fastest solution.

💶 Refund on request

If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, just reply to the return approval email and we will activate it without any issues.

The refund includes:

  • the product price

Return shipping costs (€10 if we handle it, or the cost you incurred) are non-refundable.

Refund processing time: within 14 days of receiving the return.


🔁 5. Exchanges

Do you want a different size or color?

  • The exchange cost is €9.99 (includes pickup + new delivery).

  • From the second exchange onward, the cost remains €9.99.

During sale or clearance periods:

  • Only size or item exchanges are possible.

  • Exchange costs 10€ (pickup + delivery).

  • Refund remains available upon request, as provided by law.


🛑 6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is not perfect, send us a photo immediately via email or WhatsApp.

➜ Free and priority replacement or refund.


⚠️ 7. Used or Non-Compliant Goods

In case of returned items:

  • without labels

  • visibly used

  • not in resalable condition

  • with odors or defects caused by use

➡️ We may apply a proportional deduction to the refund, as provided by the Consumer Code.


❌ 8. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • customized or made-to-measure items

  • products without packaging or labels

  • items not suitable for resale
