Do you need help? Don’t know how to proceed with your order or having issues with your package? On our FAQ page, you’ll find all the answers and assistance on how to proceed or handle various problems that may prevent the normal completion of your order.

Shipping

Once the order is completed in our shop, the products will be prepared by our staff and handed over to the courier. From that moment, the courier will deliver the order within 3-5 business days to your home.

Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery address, the time you placed the order, and the availability of the items, especially if they are ongoing items purchased on pre-order.

Please note that deliveries are made only on business days.

At the time of order, you will be provided with a TRACKING code within 24 hours of dispatch, after which you can track your purchase from your account or via the tracking link included in all emails related to your order.

If the purchase has already been completed, it is not possible to change the selected shipping method.

If you selected home delivery and were not present at the time of delivery, we recommend contacting us to check with the courier.

If it is not possible to deliver your order on the estimated day, we will send you an email with the new delivery date in the order details.

We recommend that you contact us to check the status of your order and get information based on the assigned courier.

Payments

On our shop, you can pay for your order in various ways

Paypal, Cards, Satispay, Scalapay, or cash on delivery with an additional charge of €5.99

Of course, if you have a discount code, you can apply it in your cart or during the checkout of your purchase.

We at Gp Concept are affiliated with Scalapay, so at checkout you can choose Scalapay as a payment method to conveniently pay in 3 interest-free installments.

If you have such needs, you can contact our customer service at the number

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase for all items that have not been worn, with original tags and in saleable condition.

You can start the return process by clicking HERE or by contacting our customer service via email or phone. We will provide you with all the necessary information and guide you through the process.

Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. We will send you a notification once the process is complete.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a description of the problem along with some photos. We will arrange to replace the item or issue a full refund.

Yes, we accept returns on sale items only for size exchanges.

During promotional periods such as sales or clearance, refunds are not possible, but only size exchanges are allowed.

If the desired size is not available, it will be possible to make an exchange for another item.

The exchange costs €10, including pickup and delivery via courier.

Shipping costs for returning an item or making an exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
